The activities of B-READI, the Erasmus+ project funded by the European Union to certify in the academic field the two new professional figures of the EPM - European Prevention Manager and the ECEM - European Crisis Emergency Manager, have come to an end ( https://b-readi.udg.edu/ )
With the active contribution of E.Di.Ma.S. the academic partnership made up of the Universities of L'Aquila (Italy) - Berlin (Germany) - Azores (Portugal) - Girona (Spain) and the London Middlesex (Great Britain) has succeeded in the arduous and extremely stimulating task so that it becomes concretely profitable.
The academic training courses to train Crisis and Emergencies Prevention and Management Managers are now a reality, thanks to the process of analysis, development and integration of the academic teaching cycles.
Today each Member State can, thanks to the important result achieved, implement training courses in the academic field (three-year degrees or specialist degrees or postgraduate courses) and use already certified university training modules.
At the same time the E.Di.Ma.S. continues its activities to Certify Professional Skills and guarantee new professionals this additional level of certification so that they can express themselves at their best also at an international level.

 

Registration is now open for the 2 multidisciplinary undergraduate Master’s degrees in Prevention Management (OPEM) and in Emergency Management (EMCP) at LUMSA University.

Both are addressed to professionals and recent graduates, engineers, doctors, architects, geologists, graduates in natural sciences, law and economics, public and private managers, officers of the police and law enforcement agencies, members of humanitarian and voluntary organizations. 

Classes are scheduled to begin on March 13, 2024 and upon reaching the minimum number.
